Program for teenagers and adults

The program offered is the same for teens and adults, but will be adapted in the teaching methods. The teen program is for participants between 13 and 17 years old and the adult program is for participants 18 years old and older.

    In the event of a refund request after January 8, 2026, 8 a.m., a 20% fee (up to $50) will be added to your refund as an administration fee. In addition, certification, training or equipment fees may not be refunded.

  • Teen 1 / Adult 1
    You will work on swimming 10 to 15 meters on your stomach and on your back. You will make entries into the water by jumping from the edge of the pool and retrieve objects from the bottom of the water at chest height. You will improve your fitness and alternating leg kicks through 4 x 9-12m interval training.
  • Teen 2 / Adult 2
    Move up by completing two 4 x 25 m interval training kicks in front crawl and back crawl. You will be able to perform diving entries and demonstrate breaststroke arms using proper breathing technique for 10-15 m. You will be able to swim in place for 1 to 2 minutes and show off your backstroke in shallow water.
  • Teen 3 / Adult 3
     Like a fish in water! You will learn the alternate spin kick, stop jumps and compact jumps. You will train for 300 m and sprints of 25 to 50 m. You will master your front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke.
  • Supervised Training - Four Styles and Endurance
    Through structured training sessions focused on achieving personal goals, physical conditioning, and improving the four swimming strokes
    1. Butterfly,
    2. Backstroke,
    3. Breaststroke,
    4. Freestyle).
    Registered swimmers will benefit from a class led by a coach, a welcoming community, and comprehensive, motivating training sessions.
     
  • Supervised Training - Crawl and Endurance
    Designed for athletes who want to take their training to the next level, this intensive crawl course focuses on technique, endurance, and developing true performance capabilities.

    By training with a motivated group, participants will be able to progress together, learn new skills, and build a strong community.
