Private and family lessons
Would you like to take private lessons with us? In order to make it easier to manage and keep up with the high demand for private lessons, we are implementing a new and simple procedure for managing private lessons. * You must have an active account on the BookKing platform. If you wish to reset your account or obtain an account, please follow the procedure described in the PSL Members and Customer Account section.

Private Lessons
Private lessons are for anyone (children and adults) with special needs or specific goals (sports, professional or personal).
Family lessons are for large families. An instructor can welcome up to 3 children of different levels at the same time. An accompanying adult is required for the entire duration of the course for children 6 years old and under.
NEW
- We will be following the absence policy for our swimming lessons. No retakes will be possible for absences unless you have a medical ticket or a valid reason (deployment, death).

Procedure - Wait List
- Log in to your Recreation Department Account
- Register on the "Waiting list - Private course "P-24" using the course code "AQU2425011302PA"
- Our aquatic instructors will contact clients in order of appearance on the waiting list to offer time slots according to the availability of the swimming instructors.
- When your private lesson is confirmed, an invoice will be produced and a confirmation email with the schedule will be sent to you.
N.B. Private lessons are limited in time. We will do our best to accommodate the demand according to the availability of the swimming instructors and the sanitary measures in effect.
* You will need to complete this process for each session you wish to have private lessons. -
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Absence from a session
- Cancellations or absences must be made at least 48 hours in advance, by contacting the aquatic team by e-mail.
- When your class schedule is confirmed by e-mail, only medical reasons with proof will be accepted for cancellation. Rescheduling will be done during the current session only.

- In the event of lateness, the instructor reserves the right to end the session at the scheduled time without the possibility of resumption.
- Instructors should always cancel an appointment by telephone as soon as possible.
