DESCRIPTION

Supervised training sessions are designed for adults with special needs or specific goals (athletic, professional or personal).

Cancellation & Absence from a session

Cancellations or absences must be made at least 48 hours in advance, by contacting the aquatic team by e-mail.

When your class schedule is confirmed by e-mail, only medical reasons with proof will be accepted for cancellation. Rescheduling will be done during the current session only.

Late for a session

In the event of lateness, the instructor reserves the right to end the session at the scheduled time without the possibility of resumption.

Instructor cancellation

Instructors should always cancel an appointment by telephone as soon as possible.

We thank you in advance for your understanding in the event of a late cancellation (illness, scheduling conflict).

Physical fitness

Aqua Active-Living

Aqua Active-Living is a class composed of cardiovascular, muscular and stretching exercises. It includes exercises that develop coordination, balance, flexibility and posture. This class is designed for older clients, fitness enthusiasts and those with physical limitations.
