DESCRIPTION

Supervised training sessions are designed for adults with special needs or specific goals (athletic, professional or personal).

Late for an appointment

In the event of an unannounced delay, the Fitness Instructor has the right to end the class at the scheduled time, with no opportunity for a retake.

Cancellation n of an appointment by the client

Cancellation must be made with 24 hours notice by contacting your fitness instructor by phone, voicemail or email.

1st absence without notice: resumption of the match as soon as possible
2nd absence without notice for a supervised practice session
Loss of session

Cancellation of an appointment by the instructor

Cancellation of an appointment by a fitness instructor will always be done as soon as possible, by phone. We thank you in advance for your understanding if a late cancellation occurs (illness, schedule conflict).

Physical fitness

Aqua Active-Living

Aqua Active-Living is a class composed of cardiovascular, muscular and stretching exercises. It includes exercises that develop coordination, balance, flexibility and posture. This class is designed for older clients, fitness enthusiasts and those with physical limitations.
