Lots are 15, 25, 30 and 40 feet long. The facility is fenced and locked at all times. As there is no snow removal during the winter months there is no access to the facility when there is snow on the ground.
Occupants are given a facility key when they receive their assigned lot. All lots are renewed annually in April. Daily, weekly and monthly leases are not available.
Prices for the fiscal year 2024 – 2025 (starting April 1, 2024)
Pricing for regular members* is as follows:
- Small 15’: $175 + HST
- Regular 25': $210 + HST
- Medium 30': $240 + HST
- Large 40': $275 + HST
Pricing for ordinary members** is as follows:
- Small 15’: $220 + HST
- Regular 25': $235 + HST
- Medium 30': $265 + HST
- Large 40': $305 + HST
Pricing for Associate members*** is as follows:
- Small 15’: $400 + HST
- Regular 25': $450 + HST
- Medium 30': $500 + HST
- Large 40': $550 + HST
* Regular member pricing is for Regular and Reserve Forces personnel currently serving, members of Foreign Military currently serving with the CAF, Veterans (former members of the CAF who have successfully completed Basic Military training and have been honourably discharged) and their families.
** Ordinary member pricing is for currently DND Public Servants, Staff of NPF, MFRC's, Staff of DRDC and DCC, serving and former RCMP, current and former serving Honorary Colonels/Captains (N) and Honorary Lieutenant-Colonels/Commanders, former staff of NPF receiving a pension and their families; and their families.
