Questions or Concerns?

We at the Mainland BC MFRC strive to provide exemplary service. We work to identify and implement resources to address and improve the challenges of military life. However, in the event you have a concern about our staff or our work, we invite you to contact us.

Please submit any concerns to our executive director by email (executivedirector@bcmfrc.com) or in writing: Mainland BC MFRC; 1755 W 1 st Ave; Vancouver, BC V6J 0G7.

Should your concern be in regards to our executive director, please contact our board chair by email (board@bcmfrc.com).

Your communication must include the following:

 Your full name (and company name if applicable)

 Your contact information either phone, email or address

 A description of your concern and how you think it could be resolved

 Your signature and the date

Each concern will be reviewed by the executive director, or—in the case where the executive director is the subject of the concern—by the board chair and the board of directors. The executive director or board member will contact you within five business days of receiving your message. Resulting feedback about your concern will be provided to you within 30 days of receiving your message. If you are not satisfied with the executive director’s handling of your concern, your issue may be taken to the board of directors.

The board of director’s decision will be final.
