Veteran & Family Wellness CoordinatorMichelle Robarts is an accomplished leader and project management professional with more than 15 years of experience establishing and expanding operations, developing province-wide programs and training initiatives, leading cross-functional projects, implementing employee support programs, developing competency frameworks, and strengthening relationships among diverse stakeholders. She is recognized for her ability to assess complex issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and bring people together to develop thoughtful and effective solutions.Michelle has worked extensively within RCMP and municipal policing environments, as well as alongside government, health, community, and professional partners. She brings a unique understanding of the challenges faced by organizations and professionals operating in high-pressure and emotionally complex environments, combined with a strong commitment to creating systems and initiatives that support organizational effectiveness and the people who deliver essential services.
Michelle's approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, practical problem-solving, and respect for each family's unique circumstances.
