Aisha helps families navigate challenges that may come up during deployments and other work-related absences.  She also acts as the liaison between military and the MFRC, providing unit briefings to ensure the back-and-forth flow on information.

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and a Registered Social Worker, she is the Mainland BC MFRC's Family Liaison Officer.

As Executive Director, Lina Thompson oversees the Mainland BC MFRC staff, enabling them to offer services and resources to military families.
