Veteran Family Programming in Gagetown

Trauma Informed Art Classes - Working with an artist, you can harness creativity to work through difficult emotions, experiences and feelings. It is focused on families which are experiencing mental health challenges, ptsd/osi and trauma.

Art and Emotions is a program which is targeted for ages 5-18 yrs old, which uses mixed media art journaling to learn healthy coping mechanisms for expressing feelings, emotions and experiences through art.


Mental Health Lending Library - A curated library of books focusing on mental health, parenting, neurodivergence, self-help, 2SLGBTQ+ affirming and child/youth titles.  We also have workshop titles on Self-Regulation, and will be adding audiobooks to the library as well.

OpMD – A waitlist for veterans to find a family physician. As providers have capacity in their practice, they will contact the OpMD program to advise that they are able to take patients. OpMD will then select the appropriate number of patients from the registry and send their information to the doctor or nurse practitioner. Patients will be advised via email or phone they are being assigned to a provider.
