Health Insurance

While OUTCAN, families of Canadian Armed Forces members do not retain provincial health care coverage. Instead, they are enrolled in comprehensive coverage through the Public Service Health Care Plan, which is administered by MSH International.  Be sure to confirm limits and eligibility before incurring any expenses. 

Claims may submit claims to MSH either through the MSH PSHCP Member Portal or by mail. You can download the form here, which must be completed and scanned with itemized receipts. * Note members must be first confirmed enrolled in the plan.

Dental Insurance

While OUTCAN, families of Canadian Armed Forces members are covered for dental care through the Public Service Dental Care Plan by Canada Life, with the same coverage in Canadian dollars as they receive in Canada. Claims can be submitted electronically through the GroupNet app.
