MCDV Family Network

The Esquimalt MFRC has closed the MCDV Family Network. 

In September 2025, the Royal Canadian Navy held a Paying Off Ceremony for HMCS Brandon, HMCS Saskatoon, and HMCS Whitehorse. The other MCDVs (HMCS Edmonton, HMCS Nanaimo and HMCS Yellowknife) have, or are currently transitioning to be based on the East Coast.
