May 21: Infant Massage - Did you know infant massage is incredibly beneficial for both you and your baby? Kaitlyn Laliberte, RMT from Little Rainbow Massage, will teach us the benefits of infant massage and guide us through a step by step on how to create a massage routine for you and your baby. Infant massage not only helps alleviate common symptoms experienced by infants and children such as gas and colic, but also helps parents create a close bond with their child while teaching their infant about body awareness.
June 18: Mommy and Me Fitness - Join us for a mom and baby fitness class! Moms Support Group has partnered with PSP to join their Barbells and Babies fitness class. This fitness class aims to provide new parents with an opportunity to get active and form social connections with others while your baby accompanies you! Together, we will combine strength, cardio and stretching to get your whole body moving with the use of dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells. Participants are asked to wear comfortable athletic clothing and footwear.
