Health for Two

We also offer Health for Two, a free program for pregnant women which offers information on pregnancy, nutrition, baby care, parenting and relationships. Support is offered for mother and baby with opportunities to ask questions and be connected to other community supports. Health for Two is offered during pregnancy and up until baby is 2 months of age. Resources including prenatal vitamins and baby vitamin D are available.
