Vehicle Storage Compound

NOTICE TO CURRENT OCCUPANTS

If you have received the automatic reminder notice to renew your rental, please complete a copy of the Renewal Agreement linked on the right side of this page and save a copy locally, then click the "Stall Renewal" button to complete the rest of the online submission and there will be a place to upload your agreement and insurance.

NEW APPLICANTS

We have updated the rental procedure to as much of a digital process as is currently possible, as such, we ask that you to use [email protected] as your primary contact. Please also add [email protected] as a safe contact as ALL renewal notices will originate from our Book King program 4 weeks before the expiration of an agreement.

We are experiencing a high volume of requests for stalls, and have subsequently implemented a waiting list. Priority will be assigned based on physical home address (not PO Box) and Member Status by the following perameters:

Priority 1 - Reg Force and Reserves Class B & C living in Single Quarters;
Priority 2 - Reg Force and Reserves Class B & C living in Married Quarters, Row Housing;
Priority 3 - Reg Force and Reserves Class B & C living in Married Quarters, Duplex or Stand-Alone House
Priority 4 - Reg Force and Reserves Class B & C living off DND property;
Priority 5 - Full Time Indeterminate and Term Employees (not contractors)
Priority 6 - Reserves Class A

We are only able to rent to actively serving military at this time. Rentals are valid upon completion of a Rental Agreement, payment of all rental costs including late fees and the receipt of valid insurance issued in the name of the renter. At this point a stall access card will be issued for duration of the rental to gain access to the lot. Renters may only rent one stall, and only one item (insured under the renter's name) may be stored per stall.

Complete the online request form below to be added to our waitlist. Someone will reach out within 48 business hours to confirm placement on the waitlist.

We recommend to anyone trying to store items that are 28 feet and longer, to look into other long-term solutions as it will likely be a long wait for a stall to become available.
