Our beautiful oceanside clubhouse!TGIF and Potluck Events
The 19 Wing Comox Yacht Club has a stunning fully licensed oceanside Clubhouse which both stages organized events for the membership, and is available for use by other Wing, Club members and community groups (see below)
The Club features TGIF nights almost every Friday throughout the year and a feature Pot Luck TGIF (usually themed) or barbeque on the last Friday of each month.
Friday events start at 1600 hours and usually conclude at 1900 hours.

Facility Bookings
CAF, community groups and current club members may book our facility for private events. We have a process to ensure smooth requests:
- Consult the Club Events Calendar (link above) to ensure that your planned date is not in-conflict with an already-booked event.
- Next step is to complete a Facility Use Request and Facility User Agreement. The form is online fillable (link below). If you have a pdf service which allows secure e-signatures, you can fully complete online and email back to the Rear Commodore, otherwise, complete online, print-out, sign, scan and email. Requests made with less-than 2-weeks-notice are normally not considered;
- The Rear Commodore will obtain final approval from the Commodore and confirm your bartender (if requested); and
- If any of the guests are not already permitted access to HMCS QUADRA, an Access List Form must be completed and sent to the Rear Commodore, no-later than 5 working days prior to the event. We will forward your list to the Wing Security so that your guests are able to enter! Groups who are already authorized to be aboard QUADRA (eg: CAF units or RCMP groups who are currently training at QUADRA) do not need an additional Yacht Club access list for events. QUADRA is a closed base and everyone not already authorized to enter QUADRA must be on an access list
