Tuesday:  0600 - 2100h
Wednesday:  0600 - 2100h
Thursday:  0600 - 2100h
Friday:  0600 - 2100h
Saturday 0900 - 1800h
Sunday:  0900 - 1800h

Weight room, Multi-purpose room (MPR), and Stretching room are cleaned from 1300- 1330 hrs. (Monday to Friday)

Lap Swim will expand to include MILITARY MEMBERS and CIVILIAN DND EMPLOYEES starting Wed 10 July 2024!

Space can be reserved in 30-min blocks, up to two weeks in advance.  Failure to show up for booked timings two or more times will result in loss of privileges.

Facility Rules


Access Rules

  1. All members must scan in at the the front desk.  
  2. Military members must show their military ID card, Veterans must show Veterans ID or CFOne card with photo ID, DND Employees must show Employee ID, and sign up for a PSP Card for facility access.

General Facility Rules

  1. All members must wear a suitable attire. A shirt has to be worn at all times. 
  2. Suitable non-marking indoor footwear must be worn. No sandals or hiking shoes permitted.
  3. No food or drinks (other than water) or glass containers permitted.
  4. Clidren 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18+) while in the facility.
  5. Smoking is forbidden in the facility.
  6. Skateboards, roller blades and/or heelies must be carried while entering facility.
  7. All gym bags, etc. must be stored in lockers. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please bring a lock for daily use lockers.

Cardio and Weight Room Rules

  1. Users are required to wipe down equipment after use.
  2. All weights must be returned to proper weight racks after use.
  3. Spotters are required if there is any uncertainty with a lift.
  4. Slamming or dropping of weights is prohibited.
  5. No equipment shall be altered or leave the facility for any reason.
  6. Olympic collars are to be used when lifting Olympic bars.
  7. Must be 16yrs+ to use the Weight and cardio room unaccompanied. 12-15yrs must have an Adult (18+). No child under the age of 12 is permitted in the weight and cardio room.
