Fitness Courses Details

  • Yoga

    A traditional style in which the foundations of yoga (postures and breathing) are practiced. The postures are held for a period of time to further work on alignment, strengthening and proprioception.

  • Cardio-Muscle Intervals
    Intense training to develop 10 fundamental skills: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, muscular endurance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, psychomotricity, balance and precision. Come and challenge yourself in a safe and adapted environment with a qualified instructor.

  • Spinning

    Intervals on a stationary bike with the goal of improving your cardiovascular capacities.

Aquatic Fitness Classes Details

Our fitness classes are designed to allow participants 16 years of age and older to develop healthy lifestyle habits and improve their physical condition through lively, structured and adapted training sessions.

  • Aqua Cardio-Fitness
    Improvement of physical condition, cardiovascular and muscular capacity through fitness sessions in the shallow end of the pool.

    Included with the PSP membership

    Clientele: Adults 16 years and older, military or civilian with or without special conditions as well as pre or post-natal women (babies are welcome). 
  • Aqua Jogging
    Improve fitness, cardiovascular and muscular capacity through fitness sessions in the deep end of the pool.

    Clientele: Adults 16 years and older, military or civilian with or without special condition as well as pre or post-natal women (babies are welcome). 
  • Aqua Spinning
    Improve your physical condition, cardiovascular and muscular capacity through fitness sessions on water bike.

    Clientele: Adults 16 years and older, military or civilian with or without special condition as well as pre or post-natal women (babies are welcome). 
  • Swimming training
    Through structured training adapted to the swimmers' levels, everyone will be able to perfect their swimming styles, develop healthy lifestyle habits and reach their goals.

    Clientele: Adults 16 years and older, intermediate to advanced levels.
    Prerequisite: Be able to swim 50m continuously on your stomach or back.
