Junior Lions Camp

The 2026 summer season is in the works!

The “Junior Lions ” camp is aimed at children aged 10 to 14 who want to improve their skills in a sporting discipline.

Registrations starts Tuesday March 10, 2026 at 6 p.m. On-line only via your Booking account.

Youngsters will spend half a day with coaches experienced in their respective fields.

The second part of the day will be spent with our fitness instructors. They will develop physical skills specific to their chosen sport.

This summer camp takes place at the Valcartier Sports Centre, Monday to Friday.
This camp does not offer daycare services, so it is your responsibility to bring your child before the start of activities and pick him or her up at the end.

Fencing
Offered by the STH Fencing Club of Quebec City

Dates:
- July 28 to August 1, 2025
- This camp will allow you to perfect your saber handling techniques
Nautical Outings
Offered by the Valcartier community recreation department

Dates:
- July 21 to 25 and August 11 to 15, 2025
- Do you love exploring anything and everything to do with the nautical world? This camp is for you! You can have fun and explore various water-related activities
- Departure from the Valcartier Sport Centre
Examples:
- Paddle boarding,

- Exploring caves, etc.
Triathlon
Offered by Capital Triathlon

Dates:
- July 14 to 18, 2025
- This camp will allow you to perfect your swimming, running and cycling techniques.
Volleyball
Offered by Club de Volleyball les Citadelles de Québec
Dates:
- June 30 and July 2 to 4, 2025
- July 7 to 11, 2025
- August 4 to 8, 2025
This camp will enable you to perfect your volleyball skills.
