RecPlex

The RecPlex is our Community Recreation facility with two indoor pools (one 25-metre pool and a leisure pool); an outdoor pool; a gymnasium and a strength and conditioning room. Located on the North Side of the base, the RecPlex is open seven days a week. Check out our Recreation Programming - with Pickleball, Friday Drop-ins for Parents and Tots, Basketball, Drop-in Badminton and more.

The RecPlex offers a variety of aquatic and land recreation programming for all ages including summer camp, swimming lessons and skating lessons at the RCAF Flyer's Arena. RecPlex hours, Monday to Friday 0700 to 1930hrs and Saturday + Sunday 0900 to 1630hrs.

Monday to Friday - 12noon to 1300hrs

Physio Swim

Monday - Wednesday - Friday - 1300 to 1400hrs
