AGES 15+

Standard First Aid is designed for those who require a more in-depth understanding of first aid including legal implications of first aid treatment, spinal injuries, heat or cold injuries, bone and joint injuries, chest injuries, and medical emergencies or for those wishing to learn about responding to emergencies at home. Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.

With our knowledgeable, experienced and enthusiastic instructors, our goal is to ensure you learn in a welcoming environment and get the hands-on experience you need to feel more confident dealing with emergency situations.

Life Saving Emergency First Aid with CPR (B)

Emergency First Aid is for people who want a general knowledge of first aid principles and the emergency treatment of injuries.  Skills include: victim assessment, CPR, choking and what to do for external bleeding, heart attach, stroke, wounds and burns. Includes CPR-B certification. Recognized by Ontario's Workplace Safety & Insurance Board.

This first aid program is not just for to aquatic leadership candidates. We invite everyone to gain first aid knowledge so that you can be prepared if you comes across an emergency.

PrerequisitesNone. Recommended for children 10 years of age or older.
