RV Compound

The RV Compound is to provide secure, permanent Recreational Vehicle storage facilities to all Defence Team Members of 22 Wing North Bay.

Sites in the RV Compound are available to Military and Civilian personal accordingly as designated in the Allocation Priority;

Priority 1a. Regular Force (Reg F) and Reserve Force (Res F) members living in barracks or RHU's

Priority 1b. Reg Force members living outside of 22 Wing North Bay 

Priority 2. All remaining Res F members

Priority 3. Retired Service Personnel

Priority 4. Civilian Employees (Public Service, PSP, NPF, ect.) and Retired Public Service personnel with a valid identification card.

*Priority 4 sites will only be renewed if space allows.

Annual costs:

$80 for 20'-35' lot

$100 for 50' lot

$120 for a 70' lot

This is payable by cash, debit, credit or cheque.

*Pro-rated fees are available for late postings

Where to register and renew tenancy

To register or renew a parking spot please book an appointment with Mack Joseph by phone at 705-494-2011 Ext. 628-2614 or via email.

Please bring all mandatory documents : 

  • Driver’s license
  • Proof of registration
  • Insurance
  • DND/Military ID

*PLEASE NOTE: You will need to submit a current copy of the registration and insurance policy for your vehicle. If your vehicle is insured under your home insurance policy, we will require a letter from the insurance company stating that they are aware that your vehicle is stored at a location that is not your residence. Your renewal will not be accepted without that information. If there is documentation missing, you may still register for a parking spot; however you will not be able to access the compound until the registration process is complete, including payment. The front desk personnel will be taking copies of the necessary documentation for your registration files.

 Priority 5 and 6 sites will only be renewed if space allows.
