Swimming Development Program for CAF members

Join the PSP Gatineau-Ottawa team for swimming sessions this summer!

Program details:

• Dates: From 8 July to 28 August 2025
• Location: PSP Outdoor Pool at Uplands, 425 Breadner Blvd, Gloucester, ON K1V 7L5
• Schedule: Tuesday: Beginner swimmers (7:30 AM - 8:30 AM), Thursday: Intermediate/advanced swimmers (7:30 AM - 8:30 AM)
• Eligibility Criteria: None

  Recommended Equipment: Swimming goggles, swim cap, comfortable swimsuit, and water bottle.

The classes are designed to improve your swimming techniques, boost your confidence in the water, or simply provide a good workout under the supervision of a certified coach. It is not necessary to attend every week, but it is important to reserve your spot on the reservation site.

Registration will open on 2 June. Please register on http://psp.mil.ca using a DWAN device.
