Introduction to canoe-camping with overnight stay
In a 24-hour overnight activity, participants will be introduced to the basics of canoe-camping (canoeing with luggage, pitching a tent, building a fire, outdoor cooking, etc.). This activity is designed for people who have never done canoe-camping before, or very little. It's an introduction to both canoeing and tent camping. Tents, sleeping bags, canteens and sleeping mats are provided. Dinner and breakfast are also included.

Prerequisites: Participants must attend a mandatory Teams meeting the week before the activity.
At the time of registration, a deposit of $20/person is required for a one-day activity and $50/person for activities lasting more than one day. Deposits are fully refunded to participants who respect their commitment by attending activities.
Refunds will be made, at the latest, within 5 days of the activity.
No-shows and those who fail to notify the sports center of their absence at least 5 days prior to the activity will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit made at the time of registration.
Please note, if the organization cancels an activity, all deposits received for the activity will be refunded in full.
