Aspirant Monitor Program (AMP)

We are proud to relaunch the PAM Program for a third summer — a unique opportunity for youth aged 13 to 16 to dive into the exciting world of animation! Thanks to a complete and structured training program, participants develop their skills while enjoying a rewarding experience at the heart of the day camp. It’s a wonderful way to prepare the next generation… all while enjoying an unforgettable summer! The program requires a minimum of 200 hours, with a flexible schedule that allows for planning family vacations.

The Aspirant‑Counselor Program offers both theoretical and practical training that prepares teens to become future camp counselors. Paired with an experienced counselor, they take part in training sessions, workshops, and animation activities, allowing them to learn the job hands‑on in a supportive and dynamic environment. In many ways, it is a practical training school for the work of a camp counselor.

Here's an overview of what the program has to offer;

  • Animation from A to Z: How to animate preschool and school-age children (ages 4 to 12)
  • How to choose the right activities
  • How to communicate well with children
  • What are the responsibilities of presenters?
  • Preventing risks and ensuring children's safety
  • Teamwork skills
  • Certified first-aid training

  • Take charge of groups and organize activities
  • HIGH FIVE certified training recognized nationally (Canada)
  • After a second year with us, the DAFA (Diplôme d'aptitudes aux Fonctions d'animateurs) certification is recognized at the provincial level.

A few advantages of being part of this program;

  • A schedule that suits your needs and takes your vacation time into account

However, our training courses are recognized throughout the province.
