Partnering with the local Transition Centre staff, the Family Liaison Officer (FLO) supports the families of ill and injured CAF members as the member works toward returning to duty. Should the member not be able to continue serving, the FLO provides support during the transition from military to civilian life. The FLO also provides special care and attention to families of the fallen.
