Releasing from the CAF can be a lot more difficult than you think, leaving you AND your family spinning.

This 4-module series is designed to support members and families navigate common challenges faced in the transition journey. This time can be overwhelming for everyone, especially when medical conditions are involved, so as you plan your finances, housing, etc. let Shifting Gears arm you with knowledge and tools to help you approach the mental and emotional impacts of release with confidence.

Session are held on: June 3, 10, 17 and 24.

Open to members, spouses/partners, and children (18+).
This event will be hosted at the Transition Centre ( 495 Discovery Dr, Unit 1).

Small group setting (max 10 attendees).
Attendance at all 4 modules is required.
