The KMFRC YOUth Matter team is continuing their mission to show youth they matter to us!
We are offering youth, age 12 to 18, from military families the opportunity to engage in and learn about mental health and wellness! The first 30 minutes will be focused on mental health and wellness/open discussion, followed by the chance to participate in fun activities with peers! Youth can then engage with their peers with both planned and unplanned activities each week! An after-school snack will also be offered as part of the drop-in.
Each week will start with the chance to engage in fun, learning activities related to your mental health and wellness!

YOUth Matter is a space for military teens (12–17) to connect, build confidence, and have fun, with people who understand military life.

| Mar 14 | 🍁 Maple Madness @ Little Cataraqui | YOUth Matter will be taking place at Maple Madness at the Little Cataraqui Conservation Area from 10 am to 12 pm. YOUth will have the chance to take a wagon ride, and learn about how maple syrup is produced. The cost of admission will be covered by the KMFRC, transportation is not provided. YOUth are responsible for covering the cost of pancakes. 🥞🌳 | Registration Required |
