Planning ahead can bring clarity and peace of mind — but knowing what documents you need, what they do and when they should be updated isn’t always straightforward.
Join the KMFRC for a free Wills Information Session facilitated by Ecclestone Law and RST Law. Learn more about wills, powers of attorney, taxes and estate planning, and the key considerations that can help you make informed decisions for yourself and your family.
What you’ll learn
The session will cover:
- Wills and when they may need to be created or updated
- Powers of attorney and the role they play
- Estate planning considerations
- Tax considerations related to estate planning
You’ll also have an opportunity to hear directly from legal professionals and ask general questions.
How to participate
Attend in person or virtually. In-person participation is encouraged when possible, as educational materials will be provided on site.

This session is free, and registration is required by October 13.
Open to the CAF Community, including Regular Force, Reserve Force and retired military members and their families, as well as DND civilian staff and their families.
