Spin
Underground Fitness

Underground Fitness is a high-intensity interval training class. This class will be a mix of strength and conditioning workouts made up of functional movements such as squatting, pushing and pulling. Performed at your high intensity level, whatever level that may be. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to come!

Tuesday 6pm - 7pm with Tony
Thursday 5pm - 6pm with Krista
Saturday 9am - 10am with Tony
Yoga
A one-hour yoga class will be held weekly, designed to promote relaxation and tranquility. Participants are not required to have any prior experience, as the class is open to individuals of all skill levels. Everyone is invited and encouraged to take part in this rejuvenating experience, regardless of their familiarity with yoga practices.

Drop-in:

Military & Rec Members: $8.21 (tax included)

Non-Rec Members: $10.71 (tax included)

Senior: $6.87 (tax included)

10 class punch card:

Military & Rec Members: $52.17 (tax included)

Non-rec Members: $78.26 (tax included)

Patrons will be given a scan card in which the 10 classes would be deducted from the balance.

All-Inclusive Fitness Package:

This package is for Rec Members only, $165.59 (tax included) can be added to an existing membership.
