Book a PSP Party Package.

We are the perfect place for fun, exciting and stress-free party! We love parties at PSP Gagetown, we love families and friends getting together to celebrate one another.

With a variety of party packages to choose from, we aim to help you celebrate your special event just the way you want to, without the hassle of cleanup.

Please note: set up and/or decorating is permissible only during the activity portion of the party as you will have access to the party room at the time of your booking. There is no set up time allotted prior to the party due to scheduling conflicts.  The Party Room includes: foosball, ping-pong, basketball and air hockey tabletops.


 

Party Packages

  • Exclusive Pool Party

    What is better than a regular pool party?  An exclusive pool party where you have the whole pool to yourself! That is right our exclusive pool party is just your party in the pool. In our 25-meter pool (5 lanes), Leisure Pool, Water Slide and fan favorite Tarzan Rope!

    Rec members: $195.00 + tax
    Non-Rec members: $230.00 + tax


    Package Includes:
    • 2X Party Facilitators.
    • Certified Lifeguards during pool time.
    • 1 hour pool and 1 hour in the Youth Room.
    • Set up of tables and chairs.
    • Access to fridge/freezer to store food and/or beverages.
    • Tear down and clean up.

    This party includes a MAXIMUM of 20 participants. Each additional guest is $3.00 each. Please note that it is the of the party booking to provide adult(s) 18yrs+ to swim/supervise children in the pool. The adult to child ration is as follows:
    Under 5yrs: 1 adult to 4 children – Adult must be I the water within arm’s reach.
    6-9yrs: 1 adult to 5 children – Adult must be at least on the pool deck and can be swimming.
    10-12yrs: Adult must be at least on the pool deck or can be swimming.

    Swimsuits are required to swim. Those not in the pool may observe from the two available viewing areas. No outdoor footwear allowed on the pool deck. Sandals, flip-flops or bare feet are acceptable.

    PFD’s/Life jackets are available on the pool deck. Lifeguards can help with the proper fitting.  An adult must be in the water and within arm’s reach of all flotation devices, regardless of age of child.
     
  • Large Bouncy Castle

    Our large bouncer is so addictive! Great for party rentals, indoor events, or team building. The inflatable is an excellent centerpiece for any event. This inflatable is great for kids (3+). Huge amount of fun for all!

    Rec members: $170.000 + tax
    Non-Rec members: $205.00 + tax

    Package Incudes:
    • 2 x Party Facilitators.
    • 1 hour of inflatable and 1 hour in the Youth Room.
    • Bouncer safe inflatable balls.
    • Set up tables and chairs.
    • Access to fridge/freezer to store food and/or beverages.
    • Tear down and clean up.
  • Small Bouncy Castle & Gym Games
    Get kids active with unstructured gym games, activities and small bouncy castles! Kids can play a variety of fun games like. They can enjoy their favorite sport in a fun and relaxed environment! The birthday child can select 2 of the following activities to create their own custom-made party:
    • Small bouncy Castles.
    • Slides.
    • Balls.
    • tag Games.
    • Plasma Cars.
    • Toys/Tunnels.

    • Choice of up to 2-3 gym games/activities.
    • 1 hour of gym games/activities and 1 hour in the Youth Room.

  • Ultimate Sports Party
    Pick 2 sports from the following: 
    Ball Hockey
    Dodgeball
    Basketball
    Badminton
    Volleyball
    Soccer

    Rec members: $140.00 + tax
    Non-Rec members: $180.00 + tax

    • 2x Party Facilitator.
    • 1 hour of sports and 1 hour in the Youth Room.

    • Access to fridge/freezer to store food and/or beverrages.
    • Tear down and clean up.
  • Laser Tag
    Our Laser Tag battlefield is perfect for your bext birthday party, family gathering, school event or team-bonding event!  Blast your way to victory with the ultimate Laser Tag experience for kids' ages 5 and up.

    Rec members: $220.00 + tax
    Non-Rec members: $255.00 + taxes


    Package Includes
    • 2 x Party Facilitators 
    • 1 hour of Laser Tag and 1 hour in the Party room
    • At the event start time, PSP Staff will go over rules and safety with all the players/participants.
    • Equipment including blasters, vests and inflatable obstacles.
    • Set up of tables and chairs.
    • Access to fridge/freezer to store food and/or beverages.
    • Tear down and clean up.
  • Axe Throwing and Sports
    Are you looking for something completely different from your usual birthday party, team event or family get together?  Try our axe throwing and sports party.  Our fieldhouse will be set up with the plastic axe throwing equipment and assorted sports equipment as well. 

    Rec members: $140.00 + tax
    Non-Rec members: $180.00 + tax


    Package Includes:
    • 2 x Party Facilitators.
    • 1 hour axe throwing in the fieldhouse and 1 hour in the Youth Room.
    • Equipment set up in the fieldhouse.
    • Set up of tables and chairs. 
    • Access to the fridge/freezer to store food and/or beverages.
    • Tear down and clean up.
  • Bowling Party

    Your group has the bowling alley all to yourselves! There will be an attendant available to assist and sell items from our canteen. (Chips, chocolate bars, alcoholic beverages).  You may bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Rec members: $130.00 + tax
    Non-Rec members: $157.50 + tax


    Package Includes:
    • Party in the Bowling Alley area.
    • 2 hours of Glo-bowling.
    • Shoe rental
    • Disco lights, music
    • Clean up by one of our PSP staff.

Decorating the Party Room:

You are welcome to bring decorations to personalize your party room, but we can also provide generic decorations such as: balloons, streamers, banners, tablecloths, etc. to ensure quick and easy set up and clean up.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received with more than seven days' notice of the contracted booking date will be given a full refund.

Cancellations with less than seven days' notice will be charged 50% of the total booking fee.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before the contracted booking date will be charged the full booking amount.
