    Amanda Ager is the new Community Coordinator for Military Family Services (Europe).  She oversees the support the programming for families posted remotely to 16 different countries throughout Europe. Amanda, a former military member and now a military spouse, has lived in both Bucharest, Romania, and Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom. With nearly seven years of experience working at MFS Europe, she is dedicated to providing unwavering support to families posted remotely across Europe. Apart from her professional commitments, Amanda has a delightful sense of humor, cherishing terrible puns and finding joy in laughter.     Laura De Groot is a member of the Remote Team as a Community Service Provider and our Humour & Morale Officer. She is responsible for supporting the communities living in Austria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Poland, Sweden and Lithuania. Laura is a combination of mother, military spouse, and committed community member. This is her first OUTCAN military experience; though growing up in England has allowed her to ease into European life without too many complications. Prior to her remote posting in Poland, Laura lived in Ottawa, and she has been part of the MFS(E) team since Summer 2022. Laura is dedicated to supporting remote military families through the ups and downs of a Remote OUTCAN posting.     Nicole LeVernois is a member of the Remote Team as a Community Service Provider and our Child & Youth programming lead and our Research Officer.  She is responsible for supporting the communities in Türkiye, Serbia, Norway, Ukraine, Czech Rep & Romania. Nicole is a mother, military spouse and a former teacher. Her family is quite nomadic, having experienced postings in 5 different provinces as well as 3 remote locations (Eindhoven, The Netherlands, Tallinn, Estonia and Izmir Türkiye). Considering their "on-the-go" lifestyle, they have always been able to adapt and thrive! Nicole has been part of the MFS(E) Team since the summer of 2022. She is dedicated to supporting remote members and families as well as helping them navigate and thrive in their own locations. Nicole is an explorer who loves to travel and laugh. If she is at home, you will find her in the kitchen baking and cooking or in the den reading or doing crafts. She is always up for a chat and a coffee.     Shannon Kenney is a member of the Remote Team as a Community Service Provider and our Outreach Officer. She is responsible for supporting the communities in Spain, France and Luxembourg. Shannon, a military spouse and mother, and has a passion for supporting those who serve and their families. She has lived in multiple locations throughout Canada and is experiencing her first OutCan. Shannon currently lives in Madrid, Spain. She has been working for MFS since 2021. She is dedicated to supporting community members through all the ups and downs of living OutCan. Shannon is curious, kind, resourceful, and proactive.
