February 1: Flying Canoe Volant Festival - Come celebrate your inner voyageur with light, music, legends and dance! Francophones are invited to take a trip to Edmonton's beautiful Mill Creek Ravine and the newly established French Quarter for the Flying Canoë Volant. Embrace the creative and interactive cultural celebration while meeting other French-speaking families, learning about French services in the area and discovering the franco-Albertan community.
