Pregnancy Support Group - Breastfeeding Essentials

Prepare for the arrival of your baby and your breastfeeding journey! This session will be led by La Leche League Canada, a Canadian charity dedicated to providing peer-to-peer breastfeeding support for expectant parents, new families, and beyond. Participants will learn how to breastfeed, including positioning and latching, establishing milk supply, recognizing if baby is getting enough milk, and accessing support when needed.
