Moms Support Group - New Year, New Goals

The start of a new year not only allows us to pause and reflect on the year behind us, but also plan for the year ahead. Ring in 2025 with a special moms group new year’s get together and create your very own personalized vision board to represents your hopes, dreams and goals for yourself and your family this year. Participants will connect with other moms and learn how to create healthy and sustainable goal-setting habits. Cupcakes and refreshments will be provided.
