Unit Health Promotion Representatives

The 19 Wing Unit Health Promotion Representative (UHPR) Network provides a platform for personnel to actively engage in and contribute to creating an environment and culture that fosters and sustains healthier lifestyle behaviours, enhancing overall operational effectiveness and efficiency.

UHPRs serve as embedded ambassadors within units and their subsections, facilitating communication with and responsiveness from the Health Promotion Department.

UHPRs can be military or civilian personnel. The Network is comprised of a minimum of one member from each 19 Wing unit and lodger unit; at times, there may be additional UHPRs designated within a unit to ensure representation of all applicable unit subsections.

If you’re interested in becoming a UHPR or learning more about the opportunity, fill out the UHPR Interest Form
