Stress Management Workshops

Here is a series of workshops (in French for now, English Workshops will be held on request)on stress management that will allow you to put into practice different techniques that we will take the time to experiment with together.

One topic per week, a little theory and mostly practice to learn how to stress well.

You can register for one or more of these sessions.
