A Summer of Fun, Friendship & Adventure!
Prenatal and Postpartum Program (PNP3) in the NCR
A fitness and wellness program for CAF members during the specific life stages of pregnancy and postpartum while on maternal/parental leave.
First Aid & CPR-C course
The training will be provided by a Canadian Red Cross training partner and will take place over two sessions on 18 and 19 April 2026 at the Uplands Military Community Centre.
