Join us for a fun and inclusive introduction to fencing program, where you can develop new skills, challenge yourself, and discover the excitement of this unique sport. Whether you're a complete beginner, looking for a new hobby, or wanting to restart, fencing is a fantastic way to stay active and engaged at any fitness level.

The program will take place will take place at the NDHQ Carling Campus (in the FORCE Room, B2) on Thursdays from 13:00 to 14:00, starting on 3 July. Our goal is to raise awareness of this sport in a welcoming and friendly environment.

The sessions will be run by Maj Belanna McLean and are open primarily to CAF members, with limited spaces for civilians if available.

Participants without their own equipment must register on the psp.mil.ca registration platform on a weekly basis (limited to 10 spots per Thursday).

Participants with their own equipment can participate without registering, but must email Maj Belanna McLean in advance at Belanna.McLean@forces.gc.ca
