3 - 5 Years Old
In this course, we develop their gross motor skills and teach them the basic elements of gymnastics (spinning, forward rolling, backward rolling and balancing).
These skills will help them to master physical activities such as walking, running, climbing, jumping and many other movements that their body allows them to do
Developing gross motor skills is a great help in developing fine motor skills.
Duration: 7 weeks

6 - 9 Years Old
- In this course, children learn the 5 basic elements of floor gymnastics, which are used in many sports such as dance, cheerleading, martial arts, etc.
- They'll learn front somersaults with and without hands (front and handspring), back somersaults with and without hands (back and flic) and twists (sidewheel and round-off).
- Your child will also learn to follow instructions and practise various motor skills that will be useful when learning any new discipline.

9 - 12 Years Old
