Hello dear parents of our future campers,

Like every year, the Courcelette Day Camp will hold an information evening for parents who have registered their child(ren) at our day camp.

The meeting will be in person at the Community centre, building 93 on Wednesday, June 11 at 6:30 p.m..

The goal of the meeting?

• Explain how the camp works, meet the team and answer all your questions.
• Several topics will be discussed such as arrivals/departures, a typical day's schedule, the equipment needed to spend a great day, sanitary measures, campsites, etc.
• Some of our animators will be on hand to look after your children during the meeting.

Registration will take place ONLINE starting March 25, at 6:00 pm.

• Take advantage of the "before the date" discount until April 30, inclusively.
• Register online if you have an account with the Recreation Department.
• Or open a Booking account with the Recreation Departement

Duration of camp:

• From Wednesday June 25 to Wednesdasy August 20, 2025.*

Information to have with you when you register:

1. Health insurance card for your children
2. Social insurance card of the paying parent
3. Emergency phone numbers

Animators

• ALL our animators have a DAFA (diploma of aptitude for the functions of animator) recognized training and in-house trainings.

Day camps are part of daycare services. Did you know that you could receive a tax credit of up to 75% of the cost of the camp! The tax receipt (R-24) will be mailed to you in the next February. For more information, please visit the Revenue Quebec or Revenue Canada websites.

Refund policy : For all refund requests made after May 1, 2025, a 20% fee (to a maximum of $50) will be added to your invoice in the form of an administrative charge.
