Patient & Family Advisory Committee

The Patient and Family Advisory Committee was formed in 2021 to ensure all OUTCAN families receive fluid, accurate information while navigating the healthcare system in the United States. CDLS Washington, Military Family Services and other representatives across the U.S. strive to resolve issues within the system; we are here to answer questions, provide updates and ensure that your experiences are heard.

Need help? You'll find most answers on the healthcare webpage.

The CDLS(W) Health Services Team values the voices of our US OUTCAN communities. We recognize that patient-partnered care is the most effective way to maintain the health and well-being of ourselves and our families in these unique environments. A Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) provides the best platform to gather real-time feedback on the delivery of medical care and to address any concerns as they arise.
