We often treat our wellness practices like bandaids. Stiff back? Better take a yoga class! Work stress? Just meditate and you’ll be fixed in a minute. But short-term treatments do not lead to true well being. This course teaches you how to cultivate long-lasting happiness by addressing your core mindsets and daily habits.
When we align with what matters in our lives, we’re able to connect with our purpose and show up to life with joy.
Do you resist sugar but give in to negative self-talk? Do you exercise regularly but never find time to nurture your relationships? We focus on improving some areas of our lives, but neglect others—and then we wonder why our wellness practices aren’t “working.”
