New & Renewing Applicants:
To apply for a PSP Plan, individuals can visit Sport Stores on the second floor of The Garrison during administration hours or email psprecstjohns@cfmws.com.
Applicants are Required to:
- Complete the application form.
- Complete a waiver form, all individuals on the PSP membership require a waiver.
- Headshot photo for PSP Plan Card. If you are renewing a membership, photo will be updated upon request.
- Provide proof of affiliation to determine eligibility. For example, Military/Veteran/ Employee/Government Issued ID or CFOne card (see eligibility matrix below).
- Payment can made in-person or by phone. We accept Visa and Mastercard over phone, or Debit, Visa, and Mastercard in person.
- Once all documents have been reviewed and payment received, passes will be available for pick up from the Commissionaires desk at CASG (A) Garrison St.John's located at 115 The Boulevard.

1000 - 1100 hrs.

Ordinary (Defence Team):- Current DND Public Servants, staff of NPF, MFRC, DRDC, CSE, DCC, and their family.

- Currently serving Honorary Colonel/Captain and Honorary Lieutenant Colonel/Commander and their family.
Ordinary (Extended Defence Team): Access to Paddon Building Only - Serving RCMP, Canadian Coast Guard, and their families.
- Former Staff of the RCMP and Canadian Coast Guard in receipt of a pension and their family.

Associate Members:

- Any person not specified above who are invited to become a member, military sponsor is required and there is no guarantee of renewal.
