Shilo MFRC Community Cookbook Project

Share your favourite recipe(s) for a chance to be featured in our cookbook - and receive a FREE printed copy!

  • 8:00 a.m. - 11:55 p.m.
The Shilo MFRC Community Cookbook Project invites community members to share their favourite recipes and stories to create a cookbook that celebrates connection, culture, and community. Recipes will be collected through an online form and compiled into a printed cookbook available for purchase. Proceeds from cookbook sales ($10–$15 per copy) will support military families in need through initiatives such as Christmas hampers and the MFRC food rescue program. Contributors will receive a free copy of the cookbook as a thank-you for their participation. This project aims to foster belonging, highlight community diversity, and create a lasting resource for families in Shilo and the surrounding area.
Please share a short story, memory, or message about your recipe (optional, may be featured alongside your submission in the cookbook).
