The Portage la Prairie Military Family Service Centre (MFSC), is missioned to enrich the lives of individuals and families of the military community through positive action, education, and support. Personnel Support Programs' (PSP) mission is to enhance the morale and welfare of the military community, thus contributing to the operational readiness and effectiveness of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). MFSC & PSP work together at 3 CFFTS Portage to provide support to the CF Members and their families.
