The 2 CMBG IRON WARRIOR is a marquee event held each year, which challenges soldiers both physically and mentally. 

Iron Warrior will run over two days. Priority will be given to 2 CMBG participants.

Event Summary

1. Marathon Option - 42 km MAP

2.  Sprint Option - 21 km MAP

3. Load carriage weight for rucksacks is determined by approximate percentage of bodyweight based on the three weight classes below. Consumables such as food, water, and accessories such as headphones are all permitted but not counted as part of pack weight.

      a. ≤ 175 lbs: 25 lb Ruck
      b. 176-219 lbs: 30lb Ruck
      c. ≥ 220 lbs: 35 lb Ruck

4. All participants will be able to wear footwear of choice.

Entrance Fees
2 RCHA will determine an appropriate entrance fee for 2 CMBG members and non-members participating in the event.

All columns of registration form must be completed before submitting.
Members are to register through their respective unit OPIs. 
Each unit OPI will be responsible for submitting registrations direct to PSP Fitness Coordinator IAW timelines.

This brief provides an overview of nutrition basics, and informs participants of optimal nutrient timings for pre-, during and post- training. How to hydrate, electrolyte fueling, and considerations regarding alcohol and caffeine are also covered.
