The C.A.T. Project is a four-week program for youths ages 13-17 from Military and Veteran families who are experiencing anxiety or emotional challenges. There is no cost to participate.
This group supports teens who are experiencing anxiety, fear, worry or overwhelming emotions. The group provides a safe place for participants to learn practical strategies to better understand and manage anxiety while connecting with peers facing similar challenges.
