Standup Paddle Board Strength & Balance Class

We are bringing paddle board fitness to the pool at Dundonald Hall

This unique class will take participants through a variety of exercise moves all while on a paddle board. These low impact moves will test strength, balance, flexibility, coordination and more.

This is a free drop in activity for ages 16 and up and pre registration is required.
