PSP Military Boxing continues to grow, and we are looking for more members to join our program!

We offer a Boxing Program for military only at the Army Fitness Centre. 2X Ontario Boxing Champion and Fitness and Sports Instructor, Noelle Shangraw leads and coaches the program.

The program consists of two groups, one male and one female with a maximum of 8 participants per group.

The Boxing program focuses on proper technique, form, footwork, defensive and offensive skills, angles, power, speed, muscular and cardiovascular endurance as well as bag and pad work.

Timings

Men’s | Tuesdays | 1200hrs

Women’s | Thursdays | 1200hrs
