Let's Have a Play Date!

Parents / Caregivers with children aged 0-4, please join us for Let's Have a Playdate!

We welcome families and caregivers to take part in a variety of activities, including crafts, games, sensory activities, and more; while gaining information on valuable resources and supports.

This is a wonderful opportunity to make connections with other military families in your own community. 

Travelling Playgroup: East and West

Playgroups are offered monthly in both the east and west end of the NCR 

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED

Playgroup at Uplands Military Community Centre

Playgroups are offered Mondays, Wednesdays 9:00-11:00 am and one Saturday per month 9:30-11:00 am

Monday sessions begin with a greeting from MFS NCR staff and then will be parent /caregiver-led playtime.

Wednesday sessions are led by an MFS NCR staff member or a lead from Child Care Providers Resource Network (CCPRN) twice per month.

Saturday sessions are led by the Child Care Providers Resource Network (CCPRN) 

  • Registration for these sessions in not required
  • All sessions are in the "Playgroup Room" at Uplands Military Community Centre
