It is the responsibility of each mess member to clear in and clear out of their respective mess.  

In-clearing form: a PDF version of the form is available for you to complete and forward to [email protected].

All mess members must clear out in person at the mess. Anyone that is coming to clear in or out at the Mess please use the front door and go to the office to the left.

Mess Departure Gifts

Posting & Retirement Gifts can be picked up at the Mess office during your out routine or on your behalf by the OPI of your DWD.  This year, your Committee has opted to enhanced the choices of Departure Gift from your Mess. As before, we will still offer the Mess Traveling Mug, backpack, Cutting Board, Crib Board and Wine Glasses but we will also offer the choice of $50.00 posting gift card and $75.00 retiring gift card – Amazon, Walmart, Loblaws, Canadian Tire and Petro Gas. (1 gift card per member or 1 gift)
